As it stands now, I'm working towards 100% Self-Service Management... This is not, science fiction. I've already been doing this for years... It's how I've been able to manage my rentals from Iraq. It's the same as regular property management, but there's no middleman...

I've trandscended property management. Today, as the landlord, I don't use any middleman property managers. I sit in the backseat and support my tenants to drive on their own... As a result, they become long-term "residents" that have an ownership mentality and I'm kinda like the virtual property management coach...
