Nowadays everyone is going self-service. Companies are handing off work lower and lower to the end user. For us landlords, this means our role is changing... I conquered property management! As a solo landlord, I don't depend on any middleman PM, nor do I overwork. I sit in the backseat and support my tenants to drive on their own... As a result, they become long-term "residents" that have an ownership mentality and I'm kinda like their backseat coach...
