Nowadays everyone is going self-service. Companies are handing off work lower and lower to the end user. For us landlords, this means our role is changing... Instead of doing stuff for tenants, we need to take a step back and support them. This means providing resources to guide tenants so they can do stuff on their own.

As it stands now, I'm working towards 100% Self-Service Management... This is not science fiction. I've already been doing this for years... It's how I've been able to manage my rentals from Iraq. It's similar to regular property management, but there's no middleman...

I conquered property management! As a solo landlord, I don't depend on any middleman PM, nor do I overwork. I sit in the backseat and support my tenants to drive on their own... As a result, they become long-term "residents" that have an ownership mentality and I'm kinda like their backseat coach...
