I figured out how to run my rentals from Iraq with grit. You don’t know what you’re capable of until you put yourself in the uncomfortable situations other people avoid. How do you think I showed rentals from the other side of the world, on crappy internet, on a backwards time zone? I figured it out. Distance forced me to do what a lot of landlords assume they can’t. Whatever you think is an obstacle is often just an excuse.

Nobody will care more about your livelihood than you. Don’t let a middleman property manager profit off your situation. It’s a job for them. This is your life. Money tight? Good — let’s figure out how you overcome that. Got tenant problems? Good — we can tackle that together. Don’t go it alone, and don’t sell yourself short. You can do this.

I built this site to put what I know in public. A website is static. Landlord Legends is interactive. It's a private room where DIY landlords go deeper together. I’m strict on who gets in. No trolls.
