My buddy Smitty committed suicide after our Baghdad, Iraq deployment. When he got out of the military, he struggled mentally, physically, and financially.
Many Vets struggle with adapting to a normal civilian life after the military. I struggled myself, but rental properties gave me a new mission.
Let's empower Vets to live and thrive with real estate investing
This is a mission for hope, future, and financial independence for military veterans. Each time the fund matures it provides the downpayment for a veteran to purchase their 1st rental property, plus it includes one-on-one coaching with me.
I will match any donation given and will personally seek out struggling Vets to coach and award them the SMITTY FUND.
Each fund will be $35,000 to target a B-class rental property costing around $130,000 and will cover an estimated 25% downpayment.
